Wayne Stevens has been with Longview since the company’s inception. He has an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics CS/EEE from the University of Waterloo. Wayne’s career with Longview has been a progressive one with roles expanding from Software Engineer to Director of Software Engineering and his current role as Chief Software Architect.
An expert in mathematics, abstract modeling, software design and engineering, and software methodology, Wayne is responsible for the progressive architecture and design of the Longview Performance Management Platform. Highlights of Wayne’s achievements are reflected by the transition of the Longview solution from a client/server based system to an industry leading enterprise-wide Performance Management application with greatly enhanced performance, scalability, and functionality.
Wayne was the recipient of both the Descartes and Canada Scholarships. He enjoys woodworking, reading and spending time with his wife and two children.
Director, Innovation and Transformation, Corporate Finance, Sun Life
Lorraine has been using a combination of Project Management, Facilitation, and Lean Six Sigma principles to manage change, primarily in Finance teams, within the Insurance industry, for the past 15 years.
The past four years have been dedicated to advancing Lean principles and helping finance teams streamline their processes. This past year has been dedicated to leveraging the right technology to make significant advancements in key finance processes; specifically the quarter-end reporting cycle.

Wes Gillette is VP of Product Management at insightsoftware, responsible for the global portfolio of product. Prior to insightsoftware, Wes was Director of Product Management for LexisNexis CounselLink, a global enterprise legal management solution, and Director of Product and Services for Safran Software, where he led the US & global expansion of the private-equity backed company. He has over 19 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, with 13 years in product management at enterprise software companies including Oracle and PROS.

Stacey Knevitt is a Tax Senior Manager in the TMC practice of Deloitte’s Grand Rapids office. Stacey has more than thirteen years of experience in public accounting. As a member of the TMC practice she focuses on accounting for income taxes including software implementations and tax process improvement.

As VP of Product, Mike is responsible for the vision, roadmap and development of Tidemark. Mike is a veteran product management and consulting professional with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing performance management and business intelligence systems across a broad base of industries and functional areas. Jamie Eagan is the Vice President of Tax Product Management at Longview. Jamie has over 20 years of experience in helping companies achieve value in their finance and tax solutions through keeping abreast of trends in technology and business. Critical to this success is his ability to bridge the gap between the business owner/user and the technology solutions they employ. Today he leads Longview’s suite of tax-focused solutions globally, combining information from customers, partners, revenue authorities, and market trends into an evolving strategic asset for the Tax Organization, continually driving improvements in speed, accuracy, and productivity.
SVP and Research Director of CFO and Business Research, Ventana Research
Rob heads up the Office of Finance and Business research focusing on the intersection of information technology with the finance organization and business. His research agenda includes the application of IT to finance and business process optimization - particularly continuous accounting and continuous planning; control systems and analytics; and price and revenue optimization. Rob has more than 30 years of experience; prior to joining Ventana Research he was an equity research analyst at several firms including First Boston Corporation, Morgan Stanley and Drexel Burnham, and a consultant with McKinsey and Company. Rob earned his BA in Economics/Finance at Hampshire College, an MBA in Finance/Accounting at Columbia University, and is a CFA charter holder.

Mike Lipps has been Chief Executive Officer of insightsoftware since its inception in June 2018. Prior to insightsoftware, Lipps served as President and COO of MercuryGate, a leading transportation management software company, and as CEO of the Legal Software division of LexisNexis, a global legal technology and research company. Lipps spent the first 14 years of his career at Intuit Inc, where he ran multiple business lines including QuickBooks Financial Software, the leading financial and accounting software product in the United States.

Hamza Amor is a product management director at Longview where he oversees our analytics product development including self-service analytics. He has a strong background in business intelligence and analytics having worked with organizations such as Turner, Veolia, and Siemens. Hamza leverages his product expertise, customer feedback, and market direction to drive enhancements to our analytics products.
Director, Domestic Tax, Rockwell Automation
Kristin is the Domestic Tax Director at Rockwell Automation, a Fortune 500 company and global leader in industrial automation. In her current role, Kristin is responsible for U.S. federal and state income tax planning and compliance, as well as consolidated income tax accounting and reporting functions. Kristin has nearly 20 years of experience in all facets of income tax accounting, compliance and controversy. Prior to joining Rockwell Automation, Kristin held various tax leadership roles including leading the North American tax function for a Spanish headquartered multinational, and the Federal tax function of a multi-billion dollar grocery store chain. Kristin is a licensed CPA and holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in professional accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
Tax Managing Director, BDO
Haley has over 14 years of experience in global tax accounting and compliance reporting, including experience auditing income tax accruals for SEC registrants.
Her focus over the last 5+ years has been dedicated to tax process automation: assisting tax departments with the development of a risk-based approach to the global income tax reporting process, and maximizing the efficiency of these processes through the use of technology. This allows for more time to be devoted to analytics and review, versus data manipulation and maintenance of spreadsheets.
Tax Performance Engineering involves a review of all aspects of the tax function: Process, Data, Software & Workforce. Haley’s tax technical knowledge and experience working in large, global tax departments, coupled with her knowledge of various technology solutions, has led to highly successful project results.

Over the last 19 years, Margaret has worked her way up through the ranks of Longview. She has played key roles in almost every department at Longview including implementation, support, software development, pre-sales and project management. Seven years ago, she returned to the group that she enjoys the most, to interact with customers and implementations in the Professional Services group. Customers have said they appreciate her honesty, her persistence to solve problems, and that she always tries to lead with a smile.
When she is not behind her computer, you can find her with her husband, two boys and two Australian shepherds. She is very active with her local minor hockey organization and loves to watch her boys play the sport of the season. Margaret is an award-winning gardener, enjoys skiing, volleyball, sailing and spending time outdoors.
