Longview Certification Program for Tax Service Providers and Consultants

The Longview Tax Service Provider and Consultants Certification Program has been designed to offer reliable training and validation of experience in the following areas:

• Review of tax data collection, provision and accounting processes
• Best practice process redesign, improvement and automation
• Implementation support
• Accounting services
• Advice on internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley
• Advice on IFRS, IAS 12, FAS 109, s.3465, FIN 48

Certification Types

There are two types of certification: Individual and Firm, and varying levels of certification within each type.

Individual certification advances an individual's professional development with best-in-class skills and knowledge in Tax services. The two levels of Individual certification are Consultant and Demonstrator.

Firm certification ensures a firm maintains a pre-determined base of Tax services expertise across the members of its organization. The three levels of Firm certification are Gold, Silver and Bronze.

An annual audit of both Individual and Firm level certifications will be conducted to ensure that individuals are up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge and best practices.
