The appropriate mix of learning methods will be determined, with consideration given to factors such as organizational attrition, knowledge erosion, and change management issues.
  • Materials Development: Our Learning Services team provides you with detailed and specific materials based on your learning strategy. These may include resource guides, modules for Learning and Knowledge Management, and job aids.
  • Deployment Plan: The execution of the learning strategy for your organization dovetails the go-live dates and key project milestones of your Longview Platform implementation. We will ensure that knowledge transfer has occurred and that the application is well supported from your perspective.
