Inside Sales Representative
This position is responsible for qualifying assigned leads from various sources including web casts and web inquiries as well as initiating new contacts through outbound cold calling to target prospects.  Applicants should have successful inside sales experience and be comfortable dealing with mid to C level executives.  A general understanding of finance and accounting principles related to planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation is required along with a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.  We are looking for individuals who can work independently with minimal supervision and are familiar with standard Microsoft Office software and CRM systems.

Support Analyst
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide front line phone and e-mail support to Khalix Clients and to ensure the resolution of all issues reported to Longview support Services. This includes the prompt documentation and capture of all details within HEAT and appropriate issue escalation if required. Critical to the success of this position is the ability to partner with multiple resources to facilitate the end to end issue resolution in a timely manner. We are looking for individuals with strong problem solving skills, good organizational skills and a positive attitude. 

Note: Special working conditions apply as the applicant must be willing to complete shift work between the hours of 4:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST.

Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager at Longview Solutions will be responsible for ensuring outbound marketing and product positioning are aligned with product roadmap and Longview's strategic corporate direction. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing tools to support sales efforts while working closely with Longview's distinguished customer base, managing the customer reference program and championing Longview's annual customer conference (Dialog). This position will report to the Director of Marketing at Longview.

QA Analyst
The primary responsibility of this position is ensuring the quality of our products.  This role involves planning, building, automating and executing comprehensive tests.  It also includes the identification, validation, reporting and investigation of bugs within the software.  Experience or knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, Unix (HP and/or Solaris), Microsoft Excel, Windows (client and server operating systems) would be an asset.  Prior QA experience would be very beneficial.  We are looking for individuals with strong problem solving skills, good organizational skills, good interpersonal/team skills and positive attitudes.

Software Engineer
The primary responsibilities of this position are to maintain and enhance our software applications through the use of various programming languages. This role encompasses all areas of our software methodology, from design through to testing and support of the product. Applicants should have a degree in Computer Science (or similar), and in-depth programming knowledge in any or all of the following languages and technologies: C, C#, VB, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Unix (HP and/or Solaris), Windows (client and server operating systems). We are looking for individuals with solid design abilities, strong diagnostic and problem solving skills, good interpersonal/team skills and positive attitudes.

Learning Specialist and Bilingual Learning Specialist
This position manages and delivers training to customers both on-site and at our offices and, when required, develop/build customer-specific curriculum. Key qualifications include bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field, or a college diploma and equivalent work experience; 1 - 2 years of training experience particularly focused in either the IT or finance fields; bilingual - English & French; in-depth understanding of accounting/finance and information technology solutions (client server/internet). We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal/team skills, good communication skills and positive attitudes.

Client Services is actively hiring primarily in the Philadelphia, Chicago and West Coast areas.  The following roles are available:

Architect
The Architect is responsible for understanding the entire business solution (e.g., business objectives and requirements, hardware, database and software components). The Architect plays an active role on the project to ensure that the design will meet the client's overall business objectives and specific business requirements. The Architect serves as the point of escalation for both the client and Longview staff for any technical related issues. Key qualifications are: bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, computer science or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience; two to four years of accounting/finance, programming, implementation or related experience; two to three years experience as an Implementation Team Leader, or equivalent implementation experience; fully conversant in Khalix functionality and technical design; excellent communication/presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills, project management experience.

Implementation Team Leader
The Implementation Team Leader serves as the technical lead for the implementation project team. This role is responsible for managing and monitoring the project's progress, deliverables and scope. This role has hands-on participation in all aspects of design, configuration, testing as well as knowledge transfer to the client team and the junior members of the implementation team through mentoring. Key qualifications are: bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, computer science or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience; one to two years of accounting/finance, programming, implementation or related experience; two to three years experience as an Implementation Specialist, or equivalent implementation experience; excellent communication/presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills; project management experience preferred.

Implementation Specialist
The Senior Implementation Specialist and Implementation Specialist role ensures accurate and complete implementations that meet design specifications and standards as well as configures and unit tests solution components. This position requires a thorough understanding of technical environments and works with the project manager on issue management. Key qualifications are: bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, computer science or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience; one to two years of accounting/finance, programming, implementation or related experience; good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
