Cancellations:
Notice of cancellations must be received in writing. Substitutions are permitted as set forth below. Reservations cancelled prior to the end of business day (EST) on February 29, 2012 will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled between March 1, 2012 and April 30, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after May 1, 2012.
