Chris Carlstead, President, Tax

As the President of Tax, Chris is responsible for leading Longview Solutions’ tax business unit. In this role Chris is primarily focused on continuing the growth of Longview Tax and making it a market leader in tax application software.  With more than 15 years of experience in the enterprise tax consulting and tax software industry, Chris has helped many Fortune 1000 companies identify and deliver tax solutions to maximize their strategic tax initiatives.

Chris plays a central role in understanding market needs and defining the product roadmaps for Longview’s Tax platform. Key areas of focus include ensuring that Longview continues to add value to the investment customers have made, and delivering a compelling, visionary solution to the tax community.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as a JD and MBA in Finance.  Outside of the office, Chris spends his personal time doing family activities with his wife and 3 children.
